Position Overview: As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in our multidisciplinary team, providing specialized therapy services to children aged infant -22. You will collaborate closely with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate sensory processing, fine motor skills, and activities of daily living.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance children's functional abilities.
  • Provide direct therapy services, including sensory integration therapy, handwriting support,and adaptive equipment recommendations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary therapists, teachers and parents to integrate therapy goals into educational and home environments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.

Requirements:

 Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current state licensure/certification as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school or clinic setting.
  • Strong understanding of sensory integration theory and therapeutic techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
