Marketing and Communications Manager, Allison Hamel is our latest Values Ambassador!

Her supervisor, Clara Miller, says, “Allison consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our employees and the families we serve have a good impression of Heartspring. Whether she’s taking pictures of students and staff, creating the latest flier, presentation, email, or social media graphic, Allison brings high quality standards to everything she does – which reflects our value of Excellence.”

Her attention to detail and ability to see the bigger picture enables her to deliver designs with care and work through potential pitfalls. In meetings, she expands on ideas that bring plans to life and rally people together. She sees the possibilities for Heartspring at every corner and always considers the next steps we should take as an organization.

Allison says, “Even though I don’t work directly with the students and clients, the small role that I play at Heartspring, I’m just happy to make a difference in some way. I enjoy working behind the scenes so others can shine.”

Allison doesn’t just check off boxes on her to-do list but executes tasks with precision to help others succeed throughout the organization. The marketing team structure changed over the years, but Allison’s dedication remains constant. She works with other departments and community partners to create consistent storytelling visuals and branding in line with the standards she’s helped create.

When it comes to the brand’s story, Allison says, “We’ve evolved as we’ve needed to, and I feel like we’re in a good spot. We have the ability to be creative and intentional about what we’re putting out into the world.”
